Shipping Policy

Please allow 2- 3 weeks for delivery of your order.  Not all products will be shipped together, as some products come directly from the manufacturer.  Live worms  will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only weather permitting.   Organic worm composting will not be held responsible for worms left outside.  please contact your local post office to let them know the shipment is coming.

I recently had a customer contact me saying she never received her pacakage.   After checking the USPS  tracking number her worms were sitting in her local post office for 6 weeks. .She emailed me back after picking them up, surprised that after adding a little water to the package the worms were active and looked like they were just shipped.  This shows the superior quality of our packaging and handling.

Return Policy

To return an item please send the item back to us at Organic Worm Composting, 3295 Man-Cal Rd Reedsville WI 54230 via insured mail or UPS. We can only receive returns for unused products. Organic worm composting will gladly refund the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please call us at 920-716-1971 with information on any damaged goods you receive. Damaged products must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. worms within 1 hour of delivery.

Backorder Policy

If a product is on backorder, we will make every attempt to contact you with an expected delivery date. For this reason please include contact information during checkout. We apologize for this inconvenience, but at times, due to the demand of certain products, it is something that is unavoidable.
