Helping our customers needs is very important to us.  Please feel free to call or send an email with any questions you may have. We are in a remote area and sometimes do not get our phone messages right away.   We also work full time jobs and a have family to take care of.  Even if we do not get back to right away feel assured that your order will be shipped. Placing and shipping orders is our number one priority.  If you can not wait for a few days for a call back or email back from us please do not place an order.   Also if paying with paypal you may not receive a reciept as paypals system has incompatabilities with ours and says your order is not complete.  I have talked to my website  tech support and they say there is no fix.  so if paying by paypal and not a credit or debit card we will get your order but you may not get the automatic email showing it is complete.
